This listing is for a GORGEOUS Tiffany FAVRILE gold iridescent Art Glass centerpiece or bowl with leaf and vine intaglio cut design, c. 1900.
This bowl has a wide flaring rim with ribbed exterior and a lovely intaglio cut design throughout the entire bowl. The bowl has vivid blue and amethyst iridescent highlights. Signed "L. C. Tiffany Favrile, 1404".
Measures 3" high with an 8 1/2" diameter top and 4 1/2" diameter base. Weighs 1.10 pounds.

his fabulous bowl is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minimal signs of wear.
"Favrile" glass was patented by Louis Comfort Tiffany in 1894 and along with Frederick Carder's "Aurene" glass made for Steuben, this glass set the highest standard for iridescent glass at the turn of the 20th century.
